Lors de la Commission permanente de ce vendredi 25 novembre 2016, plac\u00e9e sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Philippe Richert, Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion Grand Est, ancien Ministre, la R\u00e9gion a approuv\u00e9 plusieurs op\u00e9rations visant \u00e0 optimiser la gestion de son parc de mat\u00e9riel roulant TER pour un montant de plus de 6,5 M\u20ac.<br>La R\u00e9gion Grand Est fait de l\u2019accompagnement de la mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale, interr\u00e9gionale et transfrontali\u00e8re une priorit\u00e9. La collectivit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale est ainsi engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019optimisation du mat\u00e9riel roulant construite autour de deux priorit\u00e9s : la rationalisation de l\u2019exploitation (roulements, capacit\u00e9, maintenance) et l\u2019anticipation des investissements n\u00e9cessaires (mat\u00e9riels, technicentres, op\u00e9rations de maintenance etc) pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des normes ou pour am\u00e9liorer leur exploitation.<br>Pour mener \u00e0 bien cette d\u00e9marche, les op\u00e9rations suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modification des conventions de financement des R\u00e9giolis en Lorraine<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du renouvellement du mat\u00e9riel roulant ferroviaire, des ajustements sont intervenus sur le march\u00e9 R\u00e9giolis pass\u00e9 entre SNCF et Alstom. Ils permettent une baisse du co\u00fbt unitaire des R\u00e9giolis. Ainsi, c\u2019est une \u00e9conomie de plus de 2,1 M\u20ac que va r\u00e9aliser la R\u00e9gion Grand Est sur l\u2019acquisition des 10 R\u00e9giolis affect\u00e9s aux dessertes lorraines.<br>Avec plus de 60 M\u20ac investis en 2016, la R\u00e9gion maintient \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 ses d\u00e9penses de renouvellement et de modernisation du mat\u00e9riel roulant ferroviaire. Les investissements li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition des rames R\u00e9giolis se poursuivent ; 24 de ces nouveaux trains sont aujourd\u2019hui en service sur les 34 command\u00e9s pour un montant total de 307,8 M\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Etudes pour le renforcement des d\u00e9placements transfrontaliers<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La R\u00e9gion Grand Est met un accent particulier sur les enjeux li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9placements et \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 transfrontali\u00e8re. Afin d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 des dessertes entre la France et le Luxembourg, la R\u00e9gion a approuv\u00e9 le financement des \u00e9tudes d\u2019int\u00e9gration du Syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en de surveillance du trafic ferroviaire (ERMTS) sur les TER \u00e0 2 niveaux (2N NG) qui effectuent les liaisons transfrontali\u00e8res.
