Cela&nbsp;entra\u00eene une question qui nous semble de bon sens:&nbsp;en quoi maintenir l\u2019acc\u00e8s au public des points de vente de nos gares contribue-t-il \u00e0 aggraver la propagation du virus&nbsp;davantage par exemple que les queues qui peuvent se former devant les automates ? Qui garantit l\u2019application&nbsp;&nbsp;du protocole sanitaire vis-\u00e0-vis de ces machines&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y a-t-il eu \u00e9tude des autorit\u00e9s ad-hoc justifiant un tel arr\u00eat&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me argument r\u00e9torqu\u00e9&nbsp;: la baisse de fr\u00e9quentation des transports collectifs et des trains.&nbsp;Nous ne nions pas ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Nous le d\u00e9plorons&nbsp;! La majorit\u00e9 des voyageurs actuels se concentre chez les scolaires, les salari\u00e9s en poste non t\u00e9l\u00e9-travaillable, les soignants qui tous ou presque sont des titulaires d\u2019abonnement au service.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, la cat\u00e9gorie la plus cliente des guichets r\u00e9side sans doute chez les voyageurs occasionnels, certainement celle&nbsp;qui est le plus dans le besoin&nbsp;d\u2019une billetterie directe et ponctuelle. M\u00eame si la billetterie en ligne et celle des automates est mont\u00e9e en puissance, elle est encore loin de concerner la totalit\u00e9 des usagers&nbsp;(personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, par exemple&nbsp;!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les guichets de nos gares se sont vues r\u00e9duire leur amplitude d\u2019ouverture. Alors nos craintes s\u2019accroissent&nbsp;: comment ne pas penser que la SNCF saisit l\u2019effet d\u2019aubaine de la crise sanitaire pour pr\u00e9cipiter la disparition de ces services&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes dans l\u2019obligation de remarquer que peu de d\u00e9cisions concourent \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du train. Ce qui a pour cons\u00e9quence que petit \u00e0 petit, les usagers n\u2019ont plus conscience que ce mode de transport \u00e9cologique est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la sauvegarde de nos territoires\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc, au contraire,&nbsp;nous estimons que&nbsp;la pr\u00e9servation d\u2019au moins un guichet par gare,&nbsp;concourt \u00e0 l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9,&nbsp;mais pas seulement bien \u00e9videmment&nbsp;!&#8230;.&nbsp;Le lien humain est fondamental \u00e0 l\u2019avenir des services de transports ferroviaires et ce n\u2019est pas le moment d\u2019en rajouter encore \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 de certains usagers. Peut-on \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle se passer de la client\u00e8le occasionnelle&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour de multiples raisons, les outils num\u00e9riques \u00e0 disposition des voyageurs laissent encore une large fraction de la population de c\u00f4t\u00e9, justifiant le maintien de la vente traditionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, au-del\u00e0 du service commercial, le personnel sur ces postes joue le r\u00f4le de conseiller et d\u2019ambassadeur du train.
