On risque de passer \u00e0 4h<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le risque est important (m\u00eame si la SNCF s&rsquo;en d\u00e9fend, mais elle est coutumi\u00e8re du fait) que \u00ab\u00a0<em>la r\u00e9gion soit progressivement d\u00e9lest\u00e9e des grands investissements du rail. Avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9, une forme de d\u00e9clin dans l&rsquo;offre aux voyageurs&#8230;<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb (Est-R\u00e9publicain).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il n&rsquo;est pas inutile de rappeler que pendant cette \u00e9pid\u00e9mie, on observe un d\u00e9ficit \u00e9norme de la fr\u00e9quentation dans les transports publics. Il ne faut pas que la SNCF en profite pour supprimer ces lignes (ainsi que des guichets dans les gares), ce qui, effectivement, aurait des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes pour l&rsquo;avenir<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sur la Gare Lorraine TGV \u00e0 Louvigny. LIRE ICI: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/c.estrepublicain.fr\/societe\/2021\/02\/24\/louvigny-la-gare-la-plus-bete-de-france\">Gare Lorraine TGV \u00e0 Louvigny : pourquoi elle est surnomm\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0gare la plus b\u00eate de France\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><\/strong> (pour les abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;Est-R\u00e9publicain). Cette gare est un non-sens, elle aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre construite \u00e0 l&rsquo;intersection des lignes TGV et TER (Gare de Vandi\u00e8res). <strong>Pourquoi ce ne fut pas le cas<\/strong>?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceci dit: la FNAUT (L. Blaise: \u00ab\u00a0<em>On manque d&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie TER&#8230;<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0) et le CESER (Conseil Economique Social et Environnemental R\u00e9gional) Grand-Est r\u00e9clament la relance du dossier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>David VALENCE intervient: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/c.estrepublicain.fr\/societe\/2021\/02\/24\/opposer-le-ter-a-la-grande-vitesse-est-une-erreur\">David Valence : \u00ab\u00a0Opposer le TER \u00e0 la grande vitesse est une erreur\u00a0\u00bb<\/a><\/strong> (pour les abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;Est-R\u00e9publicain). Certes!
