{"id":881,"date":"2021-04-26T18:41:27","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T16:41:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/?p=881"},"modified":"2021-04-27T10:34:11","modified_gmt":"2021-04-27T08:34:11","slug":"la-gare-de-vandieres-va-t-elle-enfin-trouver-son-epilogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/index.php\/2021\/04\/26\/la-gare-de-vandieres-va-t-elle-enfin-trouver-son-epilogue\/","title":{"rendered":"La gare de Vandi\u00e8res va-t-elle enfin trouver son \u00e9pilogue&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Capture-decran-2021-04-26-a-10.37.21-edited.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-893\" width=\"751\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Capture-decran-2021-04-26-a-10.37.21-edited.png 896w, https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Capture-decran-2021-04-26-a-10.37.21-edited-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Capture-decran-2021-04-26-a-10.37.21-edited-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 751px) 100vw, 751px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un rappel rapide&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La LGV Est croise la ligne Nancy \u2013 Metz, sur laquelle de nombreux TER circulent, \u00e0 Vandi\u00e8res.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une gare de connexion avait \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en ce lieu, cela aurait permis aux voyageurs d\u00e9sirant utiliser le TGV de prendre leur train en toute tranquilit\u00e9, \u00e0 partir de Metz ou de Nancy en utilisant les TER (\u00e0 condition \u00e9videmment que la SNCF fasse en sorte que les horaires correspondent\u2026 si j\u2019\u00e9cris cette banalit\u00e9 c\u2019est que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience montre que ce n\u2019est pas toujours le cas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et bien non&nbsp;!&#8230; Une gare fut construite \u00e0 Louvigny (gare TGV \u2013 Lorraine) \u00e0 20km de Vandi\u00e8res, en pleine nature, ce qui oblige les usagers du TGV \u00e0 prendre leur voiture\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ubuesque certes&nbsp;!&#8230; Mais les techniciens en charge de la construction de cette ligne et les \u00e9lus concern\u00e9s, comme toujours ont des arguments pour justifier l\u2019injustifiable. Lire (et regarder), par exemple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>les interventions de Mesdames Dommange et Gazin lors de la journ\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<em>Journ\u00e9e transport et ruralit\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9e par RAIL \u2013 AVENIR le 19 septembre 2019 (voir compte-rendu post\u00e9 sur notre site \u00e0 la page \u00ab\u00a0Vie de l&rsquo;Association\u00a0\u00bb,  pages 18 et 19, on peut le lire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/CR-ETAIN.pdf\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">en entier ICI<\/span><\/a>)\u2026\u00a0<\/li><li>Le site (avec de belles photos qui mettent en \u00e9vidence le \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9sert\u00a0\u00bb autour de certaines gares TGV) qui explicite les raisons de l\u2019emplacement de ces gares\u00a0: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.francetvinfo.fr\/economie\/transports\/voyage-dans-les-gares-tgv-perdues-en-rase-campagne.html\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">VOIR ICI.<\/span><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qu\u2019il faut savoir, c\u2019est que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>le budget n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cette construction \u00e9tait disponible (23M d\u2019euros).<\/li><li>Le projet fut \u00ab&nbsp;sabot\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb par une mascarade de r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum organis\u00e9 par M. Masseret (10% de participation et un r\u00e9sultat n\u00e9gatif).<\/li><li>Que les associations (la FNAUT et bien d\u2019autres) se sont longuement battues (ainsi que des particuliers) pour qu\u2019enfin cette r\u00e9alisation logique (et pleine de bon sens) puisse se faire\u2026 Jusqu\u2019ici sans r\u00e9sultat&nbsp;!&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A noter que les choix faits par les Allemands pour implanter les gares (sur les lignes \u00e0 grande vitesse) ne sont pas les m\u00eames que chez nous (en Allemagne, choix des villes moyennes, en France choix exclusif de la vitesse et des gares interm\u00e9diaires\u2026 Il y a donc bien une exclusivit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise dans la b\u00eatise\u2026 et ce n\u2019est pas le seul exemple, loin s\u2019en faut&nbsp;!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette gare de Vandi\u00e8res (mais il y en a d\u2019autres sur le territoire, en particulier la gare TGV \u2013 Meuse entre Verdun et Bar-le-Duc, 16 au total en France) a fait couler beaucoup d\u2019encre&nbsp;!&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va-t-on enfin trouver une solution \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me&nbsp;?&#8230; Rien n\u2019est moins certain&nbsp;!&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lire, tout de m\u00eame, trois articles&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le premier trouv\u00e9 sur \u00ab&nbsp;La Vie du Rail&nbsp;\u00bb (Janvier 2021)&nbsp;:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-Relancee.pdf\"> Lire ICI<\/a><\/li><li>Le second qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 par Jean FUND de la FNAUT&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Gare-de-Louvigny.pdf\">Lire ICI<\/a>.<\/li><li>Sur Lorraineactu&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/actu.fr\/grand-est\/vandieres_54546\/le-projet-d-une-deuxieme-gare-tgv-connectee-au-ter-bientot-relance-en-lorraine_35137436.html\">LIRE ICI<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les photos ci-contre&nbsp;: celle de droite montre toutes l\u2019absurdit\u00e9 de l\u2019implantation de la gare de Louvigny et celle de gauche ce qu\u2019elle pourrait \u00eatre \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"363\" src=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-1-1024x363.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-889\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-1-1024x363.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-1-300x106.png 300w, https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-1-768x272.png 768w, https:\/\/www.railavenir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Vandieres-1.png 1075w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le scandale vient \u00e9galement du fait que m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir admis l\u2019erreur, la SNCF et la R\u00e9gion ne font rien pour la rectifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On en est \u00e0 se demander si tout n\u2019est pas fait pour supprimer les TER sur l\u2019h\u00f4tel de la grande vitesse&nbsp;!&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment faut-il exprimer cet argument qui nous parait pertinent, \u00e0 savoir que les lignes \u00e0 grande vitesse et les lignes secondaires (TER) doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9es syst\u00e9matiquement pour soutenir ainsi un trafic mutuel, p\u00e9renne et efficace au service du plus grand nombres d\u2019usagers<\/strong>.
