L\u2019obligation vaut pour les mat\u00e9riels neufs et r\u00e9nov\u00e9s. Cela concerne donc tous les trains du r\u00e9seau SNCF : TGV, Intercit\u00e9s, TER, Transilien et RER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9cret impose l\u2019obligation de la pr\u00e9sence de huit emplacements pour v\u00e9los dans les trains. C\u2019est 2 % du nombre total de places assises fixes pour les TER (entre quatre et huit) et c\u2019est 1 % en \u00cele-de-France (toujours entre quatre et huit). L\u2019obligation s\u2019applique aux trains neufs ou r\u00e9nov\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du 15 mars 2021. Les op\u00e9rations ou march\u00e9s en cours ne sont pas concern\u00e9s. Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019effet r\u00e9troactif. Cependant, la SNCF a d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019elle modifiait son futur TGV 2020 en incluant quatre emplacements v\u00e9los par rame. Selon les particularit\u00e9s locales, notamment celles de l\u2019affluence, le nombre d\u2019emplacements peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit \u00e0 quatre. Un titre de transport ou une r\u00e9servation pourront \u00eatre demand\u00e9s par l\u2019exploitant. L\u2019acc\u00e8s pourra \u00eatre refus\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019embarquement s\u2019il n\u2019y a plus d\u2019emplacements disponibles \u00e0 bord, ou \u00e0 certaines p\u00e9riodes selon l\u2019affluence. En cas d\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 technique notamment lors des r\u00e9novations, le nombre d\u2019emplacements pourra \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 huit.
